Short answer: eXp FastCAP is a six-week immersive eXp University program for new real estate agents and agents who want a foundational refresher. It covers lead generation, client management, and sales techniques and habits, with live sessions typically on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (about 3 hours a week) plus daily and weekly activities that eXp says take 4–5 hours a day. It is worth the time if you will actually show up and do the work; it is not a shortcut and it is not the same thing as Let's Grow Movement's ongoing weekly training.
If you are new to eXp, or coming back to basics, FastCAP is one of the main production programs eXp University runs. Below: what it is, who it is for, the real time commitment, how eXp describes the path to lead opportunities, how FastCAP compares with LGM's free Monday Power Up, and how to decide. For every guide, start at the Let's Grow Hub.
FastCAP is a six-week immersive training program from eXp University. eXp designed it for new real estate agents and for agents who want a refresher on foundational skills. Public course pages say it focuses on lead generation, client management, and effective sales techniques so agents can build systems and habits for a sustainable business.
As of November 5, 2026, a U.S. cohort listed on eXp University runs November 4 through December 17, 2026, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, with Candice Garcia and Alyssa Specht listed as instructors on the course page. Cohorts change, so always check the live schedule at expuniversity.com/fastcap.
eXp says FastCAP is for new agents and for agents seeking a foundational refresher. It is a real time commitment, not a light webinar series.
| Item | What eXp publishes |
|---|---|
| Who it's for | New real estate agents, or agents seeking a foundational refresher on lead generation, client management and sales techniques |
| Length | Six weeks |
| Live training | Typically Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; about 3 hours per week in live sessions |
| Daily & weekly activities | Allocate 4–5 hours per day for class work and business activities |
| Optional bonus materials | 1–4 hours of additional content available after each session |
| Formats | Daytime FastCAP and FastCAP After Dark (evening live sessions), per eXp's knowledge base |
| Register / cohorts | expuniversity.com/fastcap — ask your sponsor about eligibility and cost |
If you cannot protect that calendar for six weeks, wait for a later cohort rather than half-attending this one.
eXp does not treat FastCAP itself as an automatic lead dump. On the public FastCAP pages, eXp says lead opportunities are earned through execution, in two steps: (1) complete FastCAP by attending the live sessions and logging your work in Sisu consistently, then (2) attend FastCAP Leads Coaching when you qualify. Both are required to receive and maintain access to leads.
That is eXp's stated path, not a promise of how many leads you will get, how many will convert, or what you will earn. For the broader picture on company-provided leads, read does eXp Realty give agents leads.
They are complementary, not the same thing.
If you want the intensive onboarding sprint, FastCAP is the eXp University option. If you want weekly live training and AI help that keeps going after the six weeks end, that is what LGM is built for. It is worth it if you are new (or rusty), you can protect 4–5 hours a day plus the live sessions for six weeks, and you will do the activities instead of only watching. It is probably not worth it if you already have a working production system you run every day, you cannot protect the calendar, or you are looking for a passive class that hands you deals.
Cost is not clearly listed on the public landing page without an eXp University login. Register through eXp University and ask your sponsor about eligibility and cost before you commit.
