Julio Martinez is a recent graduate from USC Annenberg, class of 2023. Julio graduated with a BA in Communication, and is now back to working full-time in real estate as an agent and investor. The goal is to renovate these properties so that they may either be later sold at a higher price or retain them as a long term rental hold. Julio also works to recruit & train new agents.
